Our Fundraising plan consists of 4 main stages
Seed Sale: when the product is at MVP level. Time determined in Q2/2024. Target is set at 450,000 USDT for 15% of total tokens
Serie A Sale: after we have 10.000 Users. Time determined in Q2/2024. Target is set at 500,000 USD for 10% of total tokens
Pre-Public Sale: After we receive the planned indicators on user register and revenue. Time determined in Q3/2024. Target is set at 1,000,000 USDTT for 10% of total tokens
Public sale: After we get listed $DP1 on crypto exchange. Time determined in Q4/2024.
4 rounds are expected to raise an amount of 2,950,000 USD for 40% of the total tokens, which is the initial capital to build and develop the project's products and users.
